Tarvitsetko asuntoa kesäksi? Vuokrataan Kortepohjasta 20.5 neliömetrin kokoinen yksiö. Asunnosta löytyy perustarpeet kuten sänky, keittiövälineet, siivousvälineet jne. Asuntokortilla pääset myös 50m päähän Rentukalle, mistä löytyy kuntosali (kuuluu vuokraan), WiFi, opiskelijaravintola, pesutupa, sauna sekä opiskelu- ja kerhotiloja. Keskustaan pääsee alle 10 minuutissa ja yliopistolle 6 minuutissa pyörällä. 150 metrin päästä löytyy lähikauppa ja jopa Subway.
Vesi ja sähkö kuuluvat molemmat vuokraan. Etsitään vuokralaista 15.6-31.8 (tai 30.9) väliselle ajalle, mutta tämäkin neuvoteltavissa. Täytyy olla vakuutus.
Kesäkuun vuokra olisi ainoastaan viikon tai kahden summa:)

Need an apartment for the summer?
You can find a 20.5 square meter studio in Kortepohja. The apartment has basic necessities such as a bed, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. With the apartment card you can also get to Renttuka 50m away, where you can find the gym (included in the rent), WiFi, student restaurant, laundry room, sauna, as well as study and club rooms. It takes you less than 10 minutes to the centre and about 6 minutes to the university by bike. There’s also a convience store and a Subway just 150 meters away from the apartment.
Water and electricity are also included in the rent. Looking for a tenant for the period between 15.6-31.8 (or 30.9), but this is also negotiable. Must have insurance.
June’s rent is only either a week or two’s rent:)
