Looking for a furnished studio apartment (private bathroom needed & private/shared kitchen both acceptable)

I'm a visiting PhD researcher at JYU via the MSCA staff exchange programme, looking for furnished housing from 13 September 2026 – 15 March 2027.

I'm looking for a furnished studio apartment (with private bathroom), at or around Soihtu/KOAS, or near the university (within reasonable distance of JYU campus). Kitchen can be private or shared.

My budget is 600/month, but flexible for a suitable place.

I'm a quiet and clean. I don't smoke or drink, and don' have pets. Also happy to provide proof of visiting status / funding if needed.
