I am a quiet, clean, and responsible tenant. I prefer a location near the Lutakko campus or the city center, but I am also open to other areas with good bus connections. My budget is around 400-600 EUR per month, including water, electricity, and internet if possible.The rent is negotiable for the right apartment.
