Fenced yard area and a large private yard. The house also has two other smaller apartments on the second floor, each with its own entrance. In addition to the living space, the basement includes a wooden sauna and storage areas. The yard has parking spaces and an outbuilding where you can even store a bicycle. Rent is €500 per person, including water, electricity, heating, and basic furniture. The room and walk-in closet together are €570 per person. No other costs. Deposit €500 / €570.
