Etsitään kämppistä tilavaan soluasuntoon (150m^2) syyslukukaudeksi. Huone on valmiiksi kalustettu sängyllä, hyllyillä ja pöydällä. Huoneessa on myös oma parveke.
Yhteisiin tiloihin kuuluu keittiö, olohuone, ruokailutila, kaksi vessaa, yhteinen parveke ja pesutila, jossa sauna. Asunnossa myös yhteisessä käytössä pyykin -ja astianpesukone. Asunnossa asuu kolme rehtiä nuorta miespuolista korkeakouluopiskelijaa. Tykkäämme kokata, saunoa ja muutenkin viettää aikaa yhdessä, tervetuloa seuraamme!
Vuokran lisäksi maksetaan vesi 39€ / kk ja pörssisähkö yhteisen kulutuksen mukaan, noin 25€ / kk. Asunnossa on taloyhtiön kustantama nettiyhteys.

Looking for a roommate for a spacious shared apartment (150m^2) for the fall semester. The room comes furnished with a bed&sheets, shelves, and a desk. The room also has its own private balcony.
Shared facilities include a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, oven with a stove, all kinds of cutlery and tableware etc.) , living room filled with books for those who like to do a little reading, dining area, two bathrooms, a shared balcony, and a washroom with a sauna. The apartment also has a shared washing machine, dishwasher and a fridge with an ice dispenser . Three upstanding young male university students live in the apartment.
In addition to rent, water costs €39/month and electricity is billed based on shared consumption, approximately €25/month.
There is also a Wi-Fi provided by the landlord.
