Sijainti on erinomainen Savelan ruokakauppojen, Ylioppilaskylän palveluiden ja Laajavuoren ulkoilumaastojen lähellä. Keskustaan tulee matkaa n. 2,5km ja yliopistolle alle 2km. Asunnossa on neliöitä 24.5, parveke ja sijainti 7. kerroksessa hyvällä näköalalla Laajavuoreen päin. Talossa on pyykkitupa ja hyvät saunat.

A furnished and affordable student studio by Soihtu is available for sublet in Savela for a fixed-term period starting December 1st (flexible). The apartment is available at least until the start of May, and possibly throughout the summer as well. The exact dates are flexible.
Rent is 457 euros/month (including water, electricity, internet and gym membership) + 30 euros/month for all furniture (bed, sofa, TV, kitchen equipment, washing machine, etc.) The apartment will primarily be rented furnished, but renting it unfurnished can also be discussed. The location is excellent, close to grocery stores in Savela, Kortepohja Student Village, and the outdoor trails of Laajavuori. The city centre is approximately 2.5 km away, and the university is less than 2 km away. The apartment is 24.5 m² and has a balcony. It is located on the 7th floor and has a great view towards Laajavuori. The building has a laundry room and good sauna facilities.
I am looking for a clean and reliable tenant. The security deposit is one month’s rent, and the tenant is required to have their own home insurance.
